“If you travel far enough, one day you will recognize yourself  coming down the road to meet you.
   And you will say YES.”

Drama Therapy is an active, experiential approach to personal change and growth. In drama therapy we use:
  • Improvisation
  • Role Playing
  • Storytelling
  • Projective Play
  • Performance
These techniques allow you to play roles from your past, present and future Self.  Playing these roles in a supportive, experiential environment allows you to explore hidden aspects of your being and practice how you want to be.

Is Drama Therapy for You?

  • Are you unhappy?
  • Is the quality of your life not what you want?
  • Is life overly stressful?
  • Do you feel isolated and alone?
  • Do you feel confused or misunderstood?
  • Are you experiencing grief?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you could be ready:

… to experience a more dynamic, open, and authentic way of being – with yourself, with people and the world.
. . . to express emotion or when necessary, contain it.
. . . to free your body and your imagination.
. . . to discover your True Voice.
. . . to unveil your Hidden Self.

Drama Therapy:
Dynamic Power

The power of Drama Therapy comes from the dynamic experiences you participate in during the sessions.  In Drama Therapy we are not simply “talking about” something, we are “embodying” the experience that will help you discover:
  • Spontaneity
  • Playfulness
  • Expressiveness
  • Resourcefulness
  • Imagination
  • Humor
  • Compassion
  • Empathy

Change & Discovery

Drama Therapy works as a force of
discovery and change by allowing you to:
  • Rehearse desired behaviors
  • Practice being in relationships
  • Expand and find flexibility between life roles
  • Perform changes you wish to see in yourself
By plunging you into the heart of your personal experience, Drama Therapy offers you the chance to do powerful work on yourself. Experiential work reaches deeper than simple cognition revealing core truths of your emotional being.

Using Drama Therapy, the possibilities for change and personal growth are limitless.

“I’ve had every type of therapy you can imagine and I know what works and what doesn’t work . . . this worked for me because I embodied it.  I have talked about it until I was blue in the face, talked abut the experiences in my life . . . when I embodied those emotions and expressed them . . . it was life changing.”
